Return Policy

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Items can be returned for a CREDIT NOTE (minus return postage) 7 days from fulfillment. Fulfilment is from the date that receival is confirmed by the courier service (AusPost etc)
• Items must be received in original condition with GIORGIA BROWN tags still ATTACHED. Items must be free from stains and scents e.g. makeup, fake tan, perfume. Please take care when trying on as to not damage or stain the item(s)
• If your return does not meet the above criteria, a credit WILL NOT be processed. 
• For hygiene reasons bodysuits cannot be exchanged.

 

HOW DO I BEGIN MY RETURN?

1. Email us with subject reading RETURN followed by your Order Number.
2. Once received and return is confirmed, you will be sent a return address label and RETURN FORM. 
3. Please note return label is NOT pre-paid. 
4. Once we have received your return we will confirm if the item(s) are in original condition and will proceed to process your Credit Note.
